Financial Information

Wyomissing Surgical Services participates with most major insurance carriers, worker’s compensation, and automobile insurance payments. For your convenience, we bill your insurance carrier on your behalf. Please provide us with your most current insurance information. Depending on your insurance carrier, benefits and coverage will be verified with the carrier prior to your visit or procedure.

All co-pays are collected at the time of your appointment. You will be notified of reimbursement due upon scheduling your appointment. Please contact our billing specialists at (610) 373-3715 if you have any questions.

On the day of your appointment:

• You must bring your referral and insurance cards. Without these documents you cannot be seen and will have to reschedule your appointment.
• We are required by law to collect your co-pay on the day of your visit. We accept cash, check, credit cards, and debit cards.
• You are expected to have your paperwork and a means of payment for each visit.
